Right now, Language Monk is focused on Spanish for English-speaking adults. The system uses music-based immersion, real teachers, correction, class notes and practice steps, tracked hours, and guided speaking practice.
No. Beginners are welcome, and so are learners who have already used apps, books, or tutors but still feel stuck speaking. The goal is to meet you where you are and give you a clearer path forward.
Lessons are held online by Zoom or another agreed video platform. The Starter Sprint includes a 15-minute coach/founder call scheduled after payment and two 30-minute lessons. The $20 Single Lesson is one 30-minute teacher lesson. Weekly and monthly packs have 30-minute and 1-hour options. If you need custom lessons, contact Language Monk for written pricing confirmation.
A tutor can be powerful, but random lessons can leave you guessing. Language Monk connects teachers, conversation practice, correction, notes, practice steps, music-based immersion, and tracked progress inside one roadmap.
Music makes Spanish memorable, emotional, and repeatable. Language Monk uses songs and lyrics as an entry point, then connects them to vocabulary, listening, pronunciation, grammar patterns, and speaking practice.
You can start with the $30 Starter Sprint, view the weekly plans page for direct lesson checkout, or schedule a monthly pack with the coach. Coach calls are included only with the Starter Sprint and monthly packs.
Language Monk offers a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no lesson has been completed. After 48 hours, purchases are final because teacher time, scheduling, onboarding, materials, and lesson windows are reserved. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may count as used unless the teacher approves a reschedule. Emergency situations may be reviewed case by case.
Starter Sprint and Single Lesson must be used within 30 days of purchase. Weekly Packs must be used within 14 days of purchase or the agreed start date. Monthly Packs must be used within 45 days of the agreed start date. Unused lessons may expire after those windows unless Language Monk caused the delay or confirms an extension in writing.
If you buy a one-time lesson or pack, there is no automatic monthly subscription. You are buying a set lesson window. If a recurring plan is ever offered, cancellation terms will be shown before payment.
